RAFFLE TICKETS NOW AVAILABLE: Festival Raffle has a New Format!

  • Increased Grand Prize to $2,500 with 2nd and 3rd prizes of $250 each.
  • $100 Early Bird Drawing August 19th.
  • Tickets $5.00 each, book of 7 $30.00.
  • Pick up Raffle tickets in envelopes in white boxes at doors of church and on table in Marian Hall.  We are asking all families of the parish to prayerfully consider selling/buying at least one book.  The more books sold pre-festival help off-set our initial expenses.
  • Place ticket stubs and money raised in an envelope and place in collection basket during Mass, drop off at Festival table in Marian Hall after Mass or mail to the church office.   Thank you for supporting your parish festival raffle.

“WE NEED YOU” BOOTH VOLUNTEER SIGNUPS: Volunteer & Booth signups now available Online at Festival Volunteer Sign-Up.  We will also have signups on paper after all Masses beginning the weekend of July 22nd.  Sign up early to get the shift you want.  Thank you to those who have volunteered for past festivals and thank you in advance for those volunteering for this year.  Without the more than 1600 booth shifts that our volunteers fill, we could not put on the festival.  Your stewardship is very much appreciated!

Yard Signs and bumper stickers are available to pick up after each Mass.  Take a sign home for your yard and car and help promote your parish festival

SVdP Yard Sale:  They will begin accepting donations beginning August 11th – 26th.  Please check back for more information about what they can/cannot accept!

Festival Chair 2019 – We are still looking for someone to chair next year’s festival.

Follow-up Phone calls – We are also looking for volunteers to make follow up calls to those who have already volunteered for a booth.  We need many more to complete this task.
