Sponsor A New Booth

For $250, a family or individual can sponsor a new booth and have their name placed on the booth plaque for the life of the booth.  Note that booths are interchangeable, so we cannot honor requests to sponsor a specific game booth.

Donations can be made through the parish’s On-line Giving Festival Donation option with “Festival New Booth Sponsorship” in the memo line or by submitting the 2019 Festival Sponsor Form paper form with a check (specifying “Festival New Booth Sponsorship” in the memo line).

Do you want to be part of something special?

Our parish festival is a wonderful tool of evangelization to our community near and far.

A parish festival is a one of the few events that has non-parishioners, non-Catholics, and non-engaged Catholics on the grounds interacting with parishioners

You never know when the Holy Spirit is going to work through you to change the heart of someone you meet!

Click on the Volunteer Sign-Up button above to see all of the opportunities available no only to serve your parish, but to also to to bring people into a closer relationships with Christ and His church.

For another successful year, please prayerfully consider volunteering your time & talents!

There are numerous slots to be filled. Whether you like to grill, bake pizzas, sell tickets, lead games, or have something else in mind, there are definitely plenty of ways to get involved to help and meet fellow parishioners.

All volunteers will receive a hospitality ticket for food/drinks before or after their scheduled shift.

*Please note that Protecting God’s Children is required for all volunteers helping out in Kiddieland, the Mario Kart Tournament and the Pizza Kitchen.

For information about Protecting God’s Children, contact Kolleen Caspers, Safe Environment Coordinator

Don’t ever question the value of volunteers. Noah’s Ark was built by volunteers; the Titanic was built by professionals.

Bake Sale Donations Needed

The St. Michael Festival is quickly approaching and there are lots of ways you can get involved.  One of them is by baking fresh, homemade treats to sell at the bake sale.

The bake sale is held each day of the festival and we’ll need both volunteers to help at the booth and bake the goodies.

We’ll need enough pies, cakes, brownies & cookies or any other type of easy to serve & sell treat you enjoy creating.  Ethnic treats are always appreciated.  We also need items for our those with special dietary needs (nut free, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, diabetic friendly/low sugar, etc.

If God has gifted you with the ability to satisfy a sweet tooth, please plan to bring your baked goods starting Thursday, August 29th and continuing throughout all three nights of the festival.  Look for the signs in Marian Hall for the exact drop-off location and procedure.

Thank you, we can’t do it without your help!
