Media Submission Form
The Media Submission Form is for items that need promotion through the Bulletin, Flocknote, Social Media, and Digital Signage. Examples include: Ministry Meeting announcements, Ministry Sponsored events, Faith Formation updates, parish wide announcements, etc. Parish ministries will be limited to a total of two slides. Photos featuring minors and individuals will require permission from those featured in the photo before posting. We ask that you submit a completed Media Submission Form at least two weeks before the event/start date. This will allow for proper scheduling. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a follow up email confirming the information provided.
