to the life of the parish family.

To begin the registration process, please fill out the following form. This form can be printed and dropped off at the parish office or emailed to [email protected]. Upon review of this form, a full registration form will be sent to you to complete your registration and add you as a parishioner of St. Michael the Archangel Parish. If you have any questions, please call the parish office at (614)-885-7814. Our office hours are Mon-Fri from 8:30am-3:30pm. We would be happy to assist you. Thank you!
