Please submit your request at least 2 weeks before your event
The Parish Office needs at least two (2) weeks to review and coordinate each request. Requests submitted with less notice may not be processed in time. If your event is less than 2 weeks away, please call the Parish Office at (614) 885-7814 before submitting this form.
Please review the following before submitting your request:
- Room reservations are available only for St. Michael ministries and organizations.
- Requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the meeting or event date.
- All requests for use of parish facilities for an event, meeting, or activity that will be included on the Parish calendar must be accompanied by this form.
- Room reservations are subject to availability and parish approval.
- If your event is scheduled within the required two-week notice period, please contact the Parish Office at (614) 885-7814 before submitting a request.
