Please use this form to pre-register your child for one of the dates below to register for St. Michael Altar Server Training. Current servers are welcome and encouraged to attend, new servers are required to attend.

Please indicate above which Masses your child is available to serve. If they are St. Michael School students and trained as altar servers, they are scheduled 1-2 times per month to serve at an 8:15AM weekday Mass.
Understanding the commitment (please initial)*

I understand that serving at the altar of Our Lord is a privilege that requires commitment. Along with my attendance at regularly scheduled Masses, I will volunteer to help or substitute when possible, and I will participate in the extra needs that occur during the liturgical year.
